Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: The return window starts from the day your package is marked “delivered” by the courier.

Eligible Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  2. All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  3. The product is returned within the 30-day window
  4. Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Products with removed tags or missing original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased during final sale or marked as "non-returnable"
  • Any return request submitted after 14 days of delivery
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand platforms

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, processing time may vary.

Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.

Exchange Policy

We offer free size or product exchanges for eligible orders, subject to stock availability.

  • Please indicate the item and size you wish to exchange when you contact us.
  • Once the original item is returned and approved, we will ship the replacement product.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  • Whether you prefer a return, exchange, or store credit

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.
  • For international orders, please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Additional Notes

  • Silent North reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • In case of disputes, we may request additional proof (e.g., photos, video) for review.
  • This return policy applies only to purchases made via the official Silent North website or authorized retail partners.
