We offer a 3-year limited warranty on all original Silent North products, ensuring peace of mind and long-term product support.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for three (3) years from the date of original purchase.
It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To activate the warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including but not limited to:
1. Material Defects
- Cracking, peeling, or significant discoloration of materials (leather, fabric, hardware) not caused by external factors
- Oxidation or breakage of hardware under normal conditions
2. Workmanship Defects
- Loose or broken stitching not caused by excessive pulling
- Glue failure or structural separation
- Faulty zippers (e.g., cannot close, misalignments)
- Broken or detached buttons, clasps, or magnetic closures
3. Branding & Structural Components
- Detached logo plates or severe logo fading
- Strap or handle breakage due to construction flaws (not overloading)
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal Wear & Tear
- Surface scratches, softening, or creases from regular use
- Minor color fading or fabric relaxation over time
- Stains, marks, or impressions from daily contact
2. Damage from Misuse or External Conditions
- Damage due to excessive weight, improper storage, or misuse
- Exposure to water, moisture, sunlight, or extreme temperature changes
- Chemical damage, perfume stains, dye transfer, or corrosion
- Pet-related damage (scratches, bites)
3. Unauthorized or Ineligible Cases
- Repairs or alterations performed by third parties
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or secondhand platforms
- Products that were not registered within 30 days of purchase
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If your product experiences an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

Warranty Resolution Options
If your product qualifies under the warranty, Silent North will offer one of the following solutions:
- Free repair service (shipping terms may vary by region)
- Replacement with the same or comparable item (if original is unavailable)
- Partial refund or store credit for minor issues not requiring full repair
If the issue is found to be outside warranty coverage, we’ll provide guidance for paid repair options where possible.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please retain your original proof of purchase
- Product registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase
- Ensure items sent for repair are clean, dry, and securely packaged
- For international orders, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer depending on location

- This warranty applies only to genuine Silent North products purchased from our official website or authorized retailers
- Silent North reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any warranty claim
- In case of language discrepancy, the English version of this policy shall prevail
