At Silent North, we take pride in delivering every order quickly, reliably, and at no cost to you. We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the continental United States (excluding remote areas and territories).
We Ship To:
All 48 contiguous U.S. states + Washington, D.C.
We Do Not Ship To:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- Other U.S. territories and overseas regions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses
Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required
- No handling fees or hidden charges
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your package ships
- You can also track your order through your Silent North account
Delays & Limitations
While we strive for prompt delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- National holidays or peak shopping periods
Silent North is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will gladly assist if your delivery is significantly impacted.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at contact@snfishing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Include your order number and any relevant photos
We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
